In this exciting role, you will join PTC’s Renewal Sales Organization focusing on our rapidly growing renewal business focusing on all aspects of annual recurring revenue (ARR). Specifically, you will be a member of the America’s Channel Renewal Sales team which is currently responsible for 100m+ in ARR. This opportunity is a collaborative role working directly with partners as well as the entire PTC ecosystem to secure on time renewals and revenue. Interested applicants should be highly energetic, goal oriented and thrive in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with Subscription/SaaS software sales and/or renewals
  • Experience with Salesforce.com

  • Relationship management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding perpetual and subscription renewal targets of 95% both quarterly and annually
  • Achieving these targets by protecting price increase and using clawback motions for downgrades on existing renewals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Partners, members of the PTC eco system and customers to ensure a successful subscription implementation
  • Leveraging the PTC eco-system to ensure optimal levels of satisfaction for PTC customers throughout the entire renewal journey
  • Ability to confidently communicate PTC’s vision throughout the entire customer org chart
