Your Impact As a Principal, Studies, Americas, you'll lead major and mega mining studies that support critical investment and development decisions across the Americas. You'll provide strategic direction, technical leadership, and cross-functional coordination to advance projects from early concept through pre-feasibility while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- University degree in Project Management, Geoscience, Engineering, Mineral Economics, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience leading complex mining projects or studies.
- Strong expertise in study management, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in matrix organizations.
- Advanced communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and deliver within timelines.

Responsibilities
- Lead major or mega mining studies from Conceptual through Pre-Feasibility stages.
- Manage study scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and key milestones.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Lead permitting, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory support activities.
- Facilitate project transitions from early stage study phases into feasibility and execution.
