We are seeking a highly motivated Principal, Strategic Initiatives to lead the enterprise transition from traditional operational workflows to AI-enabled and agentic operating models, ensuring technology, processes, governance, workforce capabilities, and performance measures evolve in a coordinated and sustainable manner. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in large-scale technology-driven transformation, organizational change management, and program leadership, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and drive sustainable adoption of new ways of working.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10+ years of program management, change management, transformation leadership, consulting, or operational leadership experience.
  • 5+ years leading large cross-functional technology, transformation, or AI-enabled programs.
  • Demonstrated success leading highly complex cross-functional initiatives and aligning business, operational, and technology stakeholders toward shared outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across competing stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and value realization metrics to track performance, adoption, risks, trends, and business outcomes.
  • High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
  • Program management certification (PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent).
  • Experience implementing generative AI, machine learning, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions.
  • Healthcare, payer, provider, utilization management, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives from strategy through deployment and adoption, managing program governance, risks, dependencies, and execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner with clinical, operations, product, engineering, and data science teams to reimagine end-to-end business processes and define future-state human-AI operating models, including roles, decision ownership, and oversight mechanisms.
  • Identify, prioritize, and sequence AI transformation opportunities based on business value, operational impact, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness.
  • Drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders to ensure AI-enabled solutions deliver scalable operational outcomes, measurable business value, and sustainable adoption.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and value realization metrics, including operational performance, quality, adoption, financial impact, and stakeholder satisfaction; provide executive reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that accelerate and sustain adoption of AI-enabled workflows across all levels of the organization.
  • Assess workforce impacts and define role evolution, skills development, training, and organizational readiness strategies required to support AI-enabled operations.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and leadership alignment efforts to build organizational readiness and drive sustainable adoption of AI-enabled operations.
  • Lead the integration and execution of responsible AI, clinical safety, compliance, privacy, security, and operational governance frameworks into AI transformation programs.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements, including permissions, reporting, monitoring, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify and mitigate transformation risks related to AI adoption, operational readiness, clinical safety, regulatory compliance, and organizational change.
