PSEG is not offering visa sponsorship for this position. Job Summary At this time, only current PSEG employees are being considered. This position is in the Electric Transmission and Distribution Electric Operations Organization. It is as a leader-level engineering position with the expectation of being able to function in a group leader/team leader role, overseeing the work and performance of other MAST associates and/or engineering personnel, supporting supervision of field forces and/or supervision/direction of craft/construction in a union environment. Manage functions of day-to-day operations in all areas of Electric Distribution. Support the operation of PSEG’s Electric Distribution, which operates 24x7 and 365 days per year. Provide a range of engineering expertise and management to operate and maintain the integrity of the Electric Transmission and Distribution System. Provide technical support to client and associate support staff to ensure development and deployment of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures and methodologies. Perform engineering and serve as technical lead through the application of engineering and business knowledge. Utilize a broad knowledge of business and engineering principles and practices, including financial and cost management. Coordinate and assemble information and a variety of reports required for regulatory, internal, and senior leadership review.
