About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Patriot PAD supporting the NSPA Patriot Ground program. As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will perform detailed financial analysis supporting monthly program management reviews, Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, financial planning and analysis activities, and cash collection processes. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams while supporting complex international defense programs throughout various stages of the contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and can effectively manage multiple priorities. This position provides exposure to unique programs and offers valuable experience across program startup, execution, and closeout activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field & a minimum of 5 years experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Experience in finance, accounting, program controls, FP&A, or a related discipline
  • Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse (BW) reporting, Analysis for Office (AO), Microsoft Office applications, and/or similar financial systems and tools
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
