Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with supply chain or procurement systems, including Oracle, Epicor, PeopleSoft, APEX, or PRISM.
- Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including RFP development and management, supplier negotiations, and contract administration and oversight.
- Demonstrated experience monitoring and analyzing supplier performance, ensuring contract compliance, and resolving supplier and delivery issues.
- Experience using SAP procurement functions, including Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), Business Warehouse (BW), or Business Objects.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and their application to procurement and supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, with a focus on maintaining compliance and mitigating risk.
Responsibilities
- Execute procurement processes, including RFP (Request for Proposal) preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management, to align with organizational objectives.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication.
- Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and securing favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolving issues related to delays, shortages, or quality to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data to support cost optimization and strategic decision-making.
