Performs duties related to overall Customer Service. Serve as customer interface on product status and deliveries. Maintain records of customer communications and documentation in support of proper traceability, and to ensure timely response to all inquiries. Document customer needs and concerns to identify patterns and maintain customer quality satisfaction. Be the focal point between the customer and all other supporting function. Maintains knowledge of RTX organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers. Performs Order Administration duties using SAP including, but not limited to: Data Entry, Service estimate editing & submission, Delivery/Shipment creation. Works in a team environment, but also has the capacity to tackle tasks under minimal supervision after training is complete.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience performing Data Entry to input & retrieve information
• Previous experience in a customer facing role
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

• Effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to VSMs, engineering, Planning, Quality, and External Customers
• Previous experience using SAP
• Able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Skilled in risk-based decision making to address moderately complex problems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to display exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Prior Aerospace MRO experience
