Review and approve Corporate Real Estate change control process in critical environments. Develop, review and revise infrastructure design standards. Manages compliance processes for approximately 200 Tier 2 and 3 Critical Facilities worldwide. Directly responsible for ensuring 100% uptime of the Bank's most critical assets. Provides technical recovery support world wide in the event of a critical building environmental outage. Interface with client senior managers in T&O, GCIB and Call Centers to insure proper use of scarce critical infrastructure. Typically has 10+ year of related experience. Supports the execution and operational maturity of data center and critical systems engineering by translating enterprise strategy into consistent engineering practices, standards, and day to day delivery. Provides subject matter leadership in the design, implementation, and operation of critical technology infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and structured cabling systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with established engineering standards. Oversees defined portions of capacity management activities across assigned data center environments, tracking power, space, and cooling utilization, identifying risks, and contributing data and analysis to capacity forecasts and demand planning. Drives adoption and continuous improvement of engineering processes, procedures, and tools, including DCIM, monitoring, and automation solutions, to improve visibility, operational efficiency, and service delivery outcomes. Partners with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and construction teams to support infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and technology deployments, ensuring projects align with approved designs, schedules, and cost expectations. Contributes to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives by implementing approved strategies, supporting initiatives to reduce PUE and carbon footprint, and identifying incremental improvement opportunities within assigned domains. Provides leadership for data center and critical systems engineering by standardizing engineering practices, overseeing capacity and operational efficiency, supporting infrastructure projects and vendors, and advancing reliability, automation, and sustainability initiatives.
