About The Position

This role is responsible for leading the design and delivery of scalable, efficient, and forward-thinking technology solutions for global logistics operations. The Principal Solutions Architect will oversee solution architecture development, project delivery support, technical governance, and alignment with corporate application architecture strategy. This position translates complex business needs into effective, scalable technical architecture designs aligned with logistics operations and enterprise standards. The role involves creating and maintaining architectural roadmaps and engineering standards to ensure consistency, reliability, and quality across all technical initiatives. Additionally, the architect will provide technical guidance to development teams, participate in code reviews, and support solution implementation to meet performance and quality benchmarks. The role also includes leading architectural reviews and governance processes to ensure adherence to best practices, emerging technologies, and industry standards. Driving cross-functional collaboration to align business needs with strategic technical goals is crucial, ensuring solutions support both operational demands and long-term growth. The position also promotes a culture of innovation and continuous learning to support the organization’s evolution in a fast-paced, multinational environment. The company has a "Hybrid" work attendance policy, requiring in-office work attendance at the Cordova, TN office for at least 8 days a month, with telecommuting permissible for the remainder of the month.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field
• 10 years of experience in software engineering or related experience
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-based solutions using platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience working as a Solutions Architect.
• Experience using API design and integration Patterns.
• Experience working with software development methodologies and practices.
• Experience with software development lifecycle in Agile methodologies.
• Experience developing Asynchronous microservices using Event driven Architecture.
• Experience developing Resilient Microservices and Micro frontends.
• Experience with Dev Sec Ops practices.
• Experience implementing integrations for A2A and B2B.
