About The Position

This role requires a Principal Solutions Architect with TS/SCI clearance to design and implement secure, scalable, and robust infrastructure solutions. The architect will be responsible for planning and executing application migrations, developing architecture artifacts, and communicating designs to stakeholders. The position also involves evaluating new technologies and operating within a DevSecOps environment. A key requirement is the ability to obtain and maintain a DoW TS/SCI clearance and possess an active DoW 8570 IAT Level II certification or obtain one within 60 days.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, and 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoW TS/SCI clearance
• Experience designing solutions for secure, scalable, and robust on premise and cloud-based virtualized infrastructures.
• Experience planning and executing the migration of applications and services.
• Experience developing and maintaining architecture artifacts, and effectively communicating the Design to executive and technical stakeholders
• Experience evaluating and recommending new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve performance, scalability, security, and costs
• Experience operating in a DevSecOps environment of comparable size and complexity
• Proven written and oral communications skills targeted at all levels of an organization
• Possess an active TS/SCI Clearance
• Must possess an active DoW 8570 IAT Level II certification OR ability to obtain certification (such as CompTIA Sec+) within 60 days of starting position with GES

• Experience Designing, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructures for DTRA or other DoW organizations
