About The Position

American Water Works Service Company, Inc. is seeking a Principal Solution Engineer HTR to design, customize, and configure SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM and Payroll modules. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and enhancement of our human resources technology systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 5 years of experience in the job offered or any related occupation.
• 5 years of experience working with SAP HCM and Payroll.
• 5 years of experience working with SuccessFactors HCM modules.
• 5 years of experience working with SAP ECC HR, Time Management, Time Evaluation, Gross and Net Payroll.
• 5 years of experience working with SAP HR and Payroll integration.
• Completion of 2 full SAP cycles.

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Design, customize, and configure SAP HCM and Payroll modules.
• Ensure integration between SAP HR and Payroll systems.
• Manage and execute full SAP implementation cycles.
