About The Position

2HB Incorporated is seeking an experienced full-stack software engineer to support the Cybersecurity Intelligence Team (CIT). The team develops and sustains mission software that helps analysts organize, correlate, and interpret cyber-threat information from multiple sources, providing a more coherent understanding of adversary activity. The successful candidate will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain capabilities across the application stack. This position requires a developer who can work independently within an established codebase, collaborate effectively with software engineers, systems engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders, and translate operational needs into reliable software solutions.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance
  • Professional software-development experience using Java.
  • Experience developing modern web applications using JavaScript.
  • Experience with Node.js or comparable server-side JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience developing user interfaces using Vue.js, Vuetify, or a comparable modern front-end framework.
  • Experience designing, querying, and maintaining relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • Experience developing or integrating RESTful services and APIs.
  • Experience using Git or a comparable source-control system.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose software problems and deliver solutions with limited supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
  • Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
