About The Position

We are transforming how we solve challenging business and technical problems in Growth Tech by maximizing agentic development tools. We will use AI coding agents extensively across plan, spec, design, implementation, testing, refactoring, documentation, and operational workflows while developing practical standards for building scalable, reliable, secure production systems. We are looking for an experienced software engineer who can ship high-quality systems with Agentic coding tools. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the design, prototype, build, deploy, and improve next-generation intelligent systems that blend software, models, and automation into cohesive, adaptive platforms. Our team operates at the forefront of software engineering, AI systems, and data-driven innovation, delivering platforms that enable intelligent automation and agent orchestration at scale. We focus on rapid iteration and practical impact by building adaptive, scalable, and secure software solutions. Navigating complex problem spaces, the team emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement to address technical and business challenges. Leveraging cloud-native architecture and model-driven design, we create reliable production-grade systems that learn from usage, driving innovation in growth technology and enhancing customer-facing AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • Expertise in using Agentic coding tools and frameworks to build production systems.
  • Skilled in working in open-ended problem spaces with evolving requirements
  • Expertise in working with structured data, workflows, with an emphasis on building high quality, scalable solutions.
  • Skilled in working across technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into practical outcomes.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on shipping, learning, and improving systems continuously.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise working on agent workflows, orchestration layers, and evaluation processes.
  • Expertise with protocol-driven systems (e.g., MCP or similar)
  • Strong track record of building solutions quickly and iterating based on real feedback.
  • Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business, product and engineering teams to deeply understand the problem.
  • Rapid prototype, design, implement, test, evaluate, deploy and improve software solutions that solves challenging business and technical problems.
  • Use agentic coding tools , frameworks and techniques such as MCP, A2A, ADK, and frameworks to accelerate development.
  • Improve outcomes through feedback-driven workflows using real-world signals
  • Contribute to multi-agent workflows with coordination, delegation, and dynamic task execution.
  • Ensure operational excellence and build observability, debugging, and traceability in AI-driven systems.
  • Mentor, lead the team, establish best practices for AI-native application development.
  • Lead the knowledge sharing and training of the rest of the organization on AI-native application development.
