Requirements

  • Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling.
  • Mastery with Java SDK, Services, and various methods of event driven design processing of systems.
  • Strong proficiency in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD, testing, observability, and incident response.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply model-driven design and leverage AI agents for intelligent software solutions.
  • Skilled in mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions
  • Experienced integrating data sources, APIs and web-services external to the enterprise infrastructure
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence aligned with business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • NoSQL Databases experience preferred
  • Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
