  • Strong backend and systems architecture skills, ideally with TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience with agent runtimes like LangChain, OpenAI Agent SDK, Mastra or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with sovereign infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, scaling, observability and security.
  • Experience designing APIs and integrations, such as OAuth/OIDC, webhooks, synchronization or event-driven systems.

  • The ability to set technical direction and lead engineers without relying on formal authority.
  • An interest in using and systematically improving AI-assisted software development.
  • Confident communication in German and English.

  • Own the technical direction of our infrastructure, including deployments, reliability, observability, security and incident readiness.
  • Build stable APIs, SDKs and reusable integration patterns for external systems such as document management systems and identity providers.
  • Make pragmatic trade-offs between delivery speed, simplicity and long-term maintainability.
  • Work with Product and customer-facing teams to turn recurring needs into reusable product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with open-source contributors, software vendors and integration partners.
