We are seeking a visionary and technically exceptional Principal Software Developer to lead the architecture and product design of our next-generation AI-driven Trading Grid analytics platform. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams and shape the technical direction of our platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and innovation.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a principal or architecture-level role.
- Deep expertise in AI technologies, data engineering practices, and cloud‑native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and tooling such as Snowflake, Databricks, Iceberg, Spark, BigQuery, Dataplex, and Gemini.
- Strong background in building large-scale distributed systems, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or enterprise analytics environments.
- Proficiency with streaming and orchestration technologies, including Kafka and Kubernetes, plus modern programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala.
- Demonstrated capability in pipeline development, data modeling, and working within medallion-architecture or similar data warehouse patterns.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical strategy across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architectural vision for our AI-powered supply chain analytics platform.
- Lead end-to-end technical design, including data ingestion, processing pipelines, analytics engines, and user-facing applications.
