About The Position

The Global Physical Security (GPS) Data Center Operations Team is the primary interface with all clients and ensures that client needs and expectations are met with high quality, industry standard programs and services. Oracle is now looking for an experienced security professional to join our team. Oracle utilizes internal owned data center locations and third-party external data centers managed by co-location service providers. This position will be responsible for the leadership and development of teams, products, and services within the Global Physical Security (GPS) operations line of business, with specialized functional expertise in the area of data center operational security, guard force management, crisis management programs, risk assessments, incident response and investigations. Oracle is seeking a highly experienced and multi-talented Head of Data Center Physical Security Operations to join our team. The qualified candidate will report directly to the Director, Data Center Security Operations. Periodic regional travel will be required. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, and the position has no direct reports but will have oversight of contracted security staff across their scope of responsibility.
