About The Position

Praescient Analytics is seeking a Principal SAP Technical Analyst to provide expert-level technical and security integration support for the Office of the Undersecretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)). This senior role is dedicated to the analysis, assessment, and demonstration of technical capabilities within Special Access Programs (SAP). You will be responsible for researching and integrating emerging technologies that support SAP security processes, ensuring that innovation efforts align with Joint Warfighting Concepts (JWC) and Department of War (DoW) priorities.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience managing SAP projects
  • 5 years of experience in the analysis and demonstration of technical capabilities.
  • 10 years of experience executing the analysis, assessment, demonstration, testing, and/or experimentation of technical capabilities.
  • 10 years of experience supporting the analysis, assessment, and experimentation of SAP capabilities and technologies.
  • 8 years of experience researching and integrating technologies that support SAP security processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering or Physical Sciences.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Final TS/SCI clearance and be Special Access Program (SAP) eligible.
  • US Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Military or Department of War (DoW) experience.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical concepts to senior Pentagon staff and Congressional liaisons.

Responsibilities

  • Provide over 15 years of experience managing SAP projects, including the technical analysis and demonstration of specialized capabilities.
  • Research and integrate advanced technologies specifically designed to support and enhance SAP security processes.
  • Execute the analysis, assessment, demonstration, and experimentation of technical capabilities for a minimum of 10 years.
  • Manage complex technology applications related to SAP projects and support the analysis of SAP-specific capabilities.
  • Support the P&E mission to identify and develop forward-looking concepts that fill persistent gaps within the National Defense Strategy (NDS).
  • Provide technical and engineering expertise to support OUSW(R&E) modernization priorities in highly classified environments.
