In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards ⦁ Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis ⦁ Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team ⦁ Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity ⦁ Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards ⦁ Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Experience in SAP GRC and SAP Security in the support, maintenance and implementation projects as Role Admin/ User Admin.
- Should have good experience in defining business requirements & role build
- Should have technical expertise in the areas of SAP ECC / CRM / BW / BIBO / EP / CUA / HANA / BOBJ / S4HANA on premise/ S4HANA on Rise / Fiori
- GRC Access Control support / implementation experience
- Ability to work independently without any supervision
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SoD remediation, Process control, Automations will be added advantage
- Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
- Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership
- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
- Two or three industry domain knowledge
- Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
- Client Interfacing skills
- Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Project and Team management.
- Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
- Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
- Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.
