About The Position

Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the Red Hat, Inc. office in Raleigh, NC. Provide functional and second-level technical assistance of Certinia PSA, Sales Cloud, and CPQ. Analyze and resolve system issues, conduct root-cause investigations, and drive long-term solutions to ensure platform stability and reliability. Partner with both business and technology teams to gather, clarify, and translate requirements for system enhancements, ensuring alignment with broader operational and strategic goals. What You Will Do: Configure and maintain modules across Certinia PSA (projects, time/expense, resource, billing), Sales Cloud (opportunity and quoting workflows), and Salesforce CPQ (product setup, pricing/discounts, bundles, quote templates, approval flows, renewals). Collaborate with enhancement and QA teams by delivering issue trend analysis, requirement insights, and system usage data to support iterative development. Develop and update support documentation, including knowledge articles, business process flows, configuration guides, and end-user training materials for all platforms. Proactively communicate with business users and leadership, delivering regular updates, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and fostering a customer-centric support culture. Advocate for platform best practices and propose system/process improvements to optimize performance, usability, and alignment with business objectives. What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree (U.S or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Must have seven (7) years of experience with: large, global implementations using Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA and SFDC Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Custom Cloud; and Data Analysis, Data Management and Reporting in Salesforce. Must have five (5) years of experience with: working as part of an IT agile software development team, including running daily standups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives; and project management tools, including JIRA, Rally, Trello Business Process Modeling Tools including MS Visio, and Signavio. Must have four (4) years of experience working with business partners to define process and configuration requirements for Managed Package licenses. Must have three (3) years of experience with Salesforce Lightning. #LI-DNI The salary range for this position is $126,818 - $176,470 /year. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications. Pay Transparency Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
