About The Position

UOP, a Honeywell company, is a leading international licensor of processing technology and supplier of engineering services, catalysts and adsorbents, equipment, specialty materials and digital solutions for the global refining, gas processing and petrochemical industries. This role is for an Equipment Project Sales Manager with a focus on equipment sales. The individual will be responsible for developing equipment opportunities with UOP’s existing client base (end-users and EPC contractors) and new clients. This includes supporting Account Managers/Executives in pursuing equipment opportunities within projects identified by Account Management teams, for both UOP-licensed and non-UOP-licensed processes. The role also involves driving growth in equipment sales within the North America region through regular engagement with Account Managers and Project sellers, and being accountable for the entire regional equipment sales MOS. For new clients, the role will own all aspects of prospecting, developing, negotiating, and contracting. The Project Sales Manager will coordinate with Account Managers/Executives, the EPC Liaison, and sales support to ensure sales success. They will provide input for technical proposals and develop commercial strategies and proposals in conjunction with the business. The role also includes developing, managing, and negotiating all commercial agreements related to equipment sales. This position is ideal for candidates interested in a career in UOP Technology Sales, Marketing, Business Management, and other Business Development roles.
