HealthPartners is hiring a Principal Sales Operations Analyst. This position has primary accountability for designing, building, and maintaining desktop systems that support HealthPartners’ external broker incentive programs, including broker bonus programs, Field Marketing Organization (FMO) override programs, and sales incentive initiatives. The role ensures coordinated program execution, performs regular audit sampling, and provides accurate reporting on results, while leveraging data to evaluate processes and maintain a high standard of accuracy, integrity, and compliance with contractual obligations. In addition, the position delivers insights and recommendations related to distribution channel use, strategy, and performance. Acting as a project coordinator and business owner, particularly when serving in place of the Director or Manager, this role serves as a mentor and subject‑matter resource to departmental staff on process and technology efforts, as needed. The position supports multiple service areas, including North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. This role is responsible for the administration and reporting of the HealthPartners Agency Rewards Program (HARP), the Field Marketing Organization (FMO) Overrides Program, and the Small Group Tiering Process. These external broker incentive programs require precise administration and reporting to ensure HealthPartners meets its contractual payment obligations.
