Requirements
- Experience in developing industrial processes for Microelectronics.
- Emphasis on materials used for solder assembly of Radio Frequency (RF) and Digital packages.
- Experience with installing control systems.
- Experience starting, running, and upgrading processes.
- Ability to ensure processes, equipment, and supporting systems operate effectively within safety and cost constraints.
- Ability to ensure products meet desired quality standards.
- Experience performing evaluations and analysis of processes related to issues in electronic systems and assemblies.
- Ability to determine and implement corrective actions to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop industrial processes for Microelectronics, with an emphasis on materials used for solder assembly of Radio Frequency (RF) and Digital packages.
- Install control systems and start, run and upgrade the processes.
- Ensure all processes, equipment and supporting systems operate to their maximum effectiveness, within specified safety and cost constraints, and that all products are of the desired quality.
- Perform evaluations and analysis of processes related to issues in electronic systems and assemblies.
- Determine and implement corrective actions to improve processes.
