About The Position

The Mechanical Integrity and Maintenance Excellence group is seeking a Principal Reliability and Maintenance Engineer to provide technical leadership for manufacturing sites across Solstice Advanced Materials’ manufacturing network. This position may be based in Baton Rouge, LA; Geismar, LA; Colonial Heights, VA; Morris Plains, NJ; Houston, TX or at any Solstice Manufacturing location. This position sits within the central excellence team that supports the global manufacturing organization and reports to the Director of Mechanical Integrity & Maintenance Excellence. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to enhance the reliability of our manufacturing systems, while also optimizing maintenance strategies to ensure efficient and effective maintenance cost spending. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance execution and management, reliability engineering, and manufacturing processes.
