Requirements

  • B.S. in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project/program management with a focus on operations, sales, and commercialization.
  • Strong understanding of Med Tech product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and drive for results.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, adept at navigating organizational challenges and possess ability to work through others and accomplish objectives.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively at executive levels.
  • Ability to travel, as needed, up to 25%.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry-recognized project management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) preferred
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, risk assessments, and design documentation.
  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure appropriate resources are identified to complete company goals and objectives.
  • Partner with business team and functional leaders to determine budgets necessary for completion of approved projects.
  • Ensure appropriate visibility & reporting of the progress of major programs/projects across all functions and levels including the Leadership Team.
  • Provide oversight to ensure timely review for projects.
  • Identify project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues to executive leadership as needed.
  • Lead post-launch activities, including performance analysis, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement best practices for program management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute organizational process improvements.
  • Drive action and commitment to the development and improvement of critical systems and processes.
  • May mentor other members of the team.
