Principal Project Manager (Principal Associate)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 5 years of Project Management, Process Management or Chief of Staff experience
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
- 6+ years of Project Management experience, Process Management or Chief of Staff experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- Experience using generative AI tools to drive workflow automation and enhance deliverable quality.
Responsibilities
- Quickly ramp up on emerging domains and bring structure to complex, ambiguous problems to deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Execute large and small-scale projects that contribute to broader business initiatives
- Drive projects based on defined priorities while ensuring scope of deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met
- Identify risks and issues, mitigating and escalating them as needed to manage project impacts
- Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation
- Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
- Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments
- Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
- Quickly put structure in place to manage work and demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
- Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to ensure successful project delivery
