The Strategy & Operations Domain ensures the Bank Tech engine runs optimally through periods of transformation and growth. We provide the horizontal services - including strategic planning, workforce execution, and portfolio management - that enable our engineering teams to focus on building for a modern bank. Looking ahead, we are focused on integrating AI into our operational core, leveraging emerging tools to automate tasks and serve as a strategic thought partner.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 5 years of Project Management experience

Nice To Haves

Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
6+ years of Project Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

Responsibilities

Execute large and small-scale projects that contribute to broader business initiatives
Drive projects based on defined priorities while ensuring scope of deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met
Identify risks and issues, mitigating and escalating them as needed to manage project impacts
Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation
Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments
Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
Quickly put structure in place to manage work and demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to ensure successful project delivery
