Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree and/or PMP certification preferred.
  • 15 years of progressive project management experience in technology, semiconductors, or a closely related industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects at scale, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills; able to influence and engage at all levels of the organization, including executives.
  • Strong leadership presence, with demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project lifecycle management, and advanced project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, manage change, and implement best practices.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience in navigating organizational complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee the full lifecycle of high-visibility, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and complex project reports for C-level executives and senior stakeholders, distilling technical and business information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Create, analyze, and present detailed project dashboards, status updates, and business reviews; facilitate executive review meetings and synthesize feedback into project direction.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries; serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for executive sponsors, clients, and partners.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop project team members; foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and accountability; lead by example and enable the team to achieve stretch goals.
  • Anticipate, identify, and proactively resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks; drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions with a sense of urgency.
  • Evaluate and refine project management methodologies and tools to drive operational excellence and scale best practices throughout the organization.
  • Champion organizational change initiatives; communicate vision and benefits; ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and structures.
