Principal Program Manager - LV Operations
About The Position
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Principal Program Manager (IC5) to lead the PMO and delivery-operations model for strategic low-voltage (LV) infrastructure programs supporting hyperscale cloud and AI data center deployments across OCI's global infrastructure portfolio. This role is the senior technical program leader for integrated planning and operational execution across ICT infrastructure engineering, telecommunications systems, fiber deployment, structured cabling, rack integration, construction delivery, commissioning, and operational readiness. The Principal PM establishes program governance, delivery cadence, and decision mechanisms that connect technical work to capacity and business outcomes. The successful candidate will build scalable operating frameworks; manage critical-path dependencies, program risks, change control, and execution metrics; and ensure leadership has a clear, timely view of delivery health across multiple large-scale data center programs, including campuses exceeding 300MW+ of deployed capacity.
Requirements
