Principal Program Manager/Engineering Manager
About The Position
One of our direct client is urgently looking for a Principal Program Manager/Engineering Manager. This role requires extremely strong top-notch candidates with 10+ years of experience in Principal Technical Program Management and as an Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will be extremely strong hands-on technically in development and test automation as an Engineering Manager/Lead. This is a top-notch candidate role with ownership to drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and multi-product technology & automation projects with strong techno-functional expertise. The role requires expertise and proficiency in project planning, dependency management, risk & issue management, negotiation, and leadership alignment updates. Excellent communication skills and a hardworking, energetic, dedicated attitude are essential, with the ability to navigate through 75+ cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Principal Technical Program Management
- 10+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
- Extremely strong hands-on technical skills in development and test automation
- Expert and extremely proficient in project plan, dependencies, risk & issue management, negotiation, leadership alignment update
- Excellent communication skills
- Hard working, energetic, dedicated
- Ability to navigate through 75+ cross-functional teams
