About The Position

The Air Dominance Portfolio is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Program Cost Controls Analyst to join the Advanced Capabilities Sustainment team. This role offers a growth opportunity for an ambitious individual to work closely with Program Managers (PMs), Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Finance Leadership, and Operations Supply Chain (OSC). The Financial Program Cost Controls Analyst will play a critical role in the setup and execution of multiple contracts. Key responsibilities include providing essential financial oversight and guidance to ensure program success. Signing bonus is available, provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Experience with the program business role, SAP, and/or experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e., pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word and/or PowerPoint.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost & schedule reporting, financial variance analysis, and funding planning
  • Partner with the PM Organization to develop Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE)
  • Maintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking
  • Provide financial guidance to CAMs, IPT Leads, and cross functional teams
  • Review financial reports, presentations, and contract modifications for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) to develop and maintain monthly forecasting, cash management, the Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and Long Range Planning (LRP)
