About The Position
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. We are seeking a strategic technology business leader who combines technical expertise with the ability to drive growth, accelerate go-to-market execution, influence executive decision-making, and lead transformational initiatives. This individual must be comfortable operating across Product, Technology, Operations, and Business organizations, translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes while identifying new opportunities, shaping strategy, and accelerating execution across broadband, digital, customer experience, OSS/BSS, operational, and enterprise technology ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with hands-on technology expertise and a broad understanding of product, operational, and go-to-market processes. They maintain an external perspective on market trends, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and use technology as a lever to drive growth, enhance customer experiences, accelerate execution, and create competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.
Responsibilities
- Define product, technology, and go-to-market strategies that enable scalable growth, competitive advantage, and successful market execution.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and enablement required to bring new products, capabilities, and business opportunities to market at scale.
- Build and present executive-ready recommendations, business cases, and strategic narratives.
- Identify new growth opportunities by leveraging technology, market trends, customer insights, and emerging capabilities.
- Influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align around strategic priorities and drive transformational change.
- Lead initiatives that challenge the status quo and redefine how products and services are brought to market.
- Drive assessments and integration planning for partnerships, acquisitions, and new business opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Technology, Operations, and external stakeholders.
- Simplify processes, reduce complexity, and accelerate go-to-market velocity.
- Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions and operational capabilities.
- Champion industry standards and scalable technology platforms that support long-term growth.
