About The Position

We are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a core Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) product suite. This high-impact role partners across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to strengthen market position and drive global revenue growth. You will craft a differentiated product narrative that resonates with enterprise buyers, lead product launches, and equip commercial teams with compelling sales enablement tools. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments, translates complex product capabilities into clear value propositions, and drives initiatives that scale a mission-driven SaaS business. This is a remote-friendly role offering the opportunity to influence strategy, embed customer insights, and contribute to a purpose-driven organization focused on protecting people and the planet.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience within enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven success defining positioning and leading go-to-market strategies for complex solutions.
  • Experience in EHS, compliance, or safety software preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value.
  • Strong cross-functional influence skills within matrixed organizations.
  • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and win/loss interviews.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product and Sales teams in high-growth SaaS environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Pragmatic Marketing, PMA, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and messaging for EHS solutions, defining clear value propositions for priority segments and industries.
  • Lead global go-to-market plans for new modules, features, and enhancements, driving pipeline impact and win-rate improvement.
  • Evolve messaging from point solutions to a platform-led narrative aligned with business strategy.
  • Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap direction through customer insight, competitive intelligence, and market research.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and voice-of-customer research to inform strategy and messaging.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success with training, content, and tools to drive adoption and revenue.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and packaging, recommending strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Represent the company at webinars, industry events, and forums as a subject matter expert.
