About The Position

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to own our strategic platform product domains end-to-end. You’ll define the long-term vision, shape the roadmap, and ensure business impact through measurable adoption and customer success. This role demands deep product expertise across a broad range of areas including identify & access management, administrative experience, licensing & subscription, collaboration & engagement, and more. This role requires strong strategic thinking, the ability to influence across teams and functions, and the ability to decompose complex projects into digestible streams of work for the team to execute against. Your Mission Own product and business outcomes. Drive adoption, growth, and customer value across your product area. Set vision and strategy. Develop a bold, multi-year plan that aligns teams and leadership on where your product domain is headed and why. Deliver measurable business value. Prove impact through data, customer adoption, and successful delivery of strategic outcomes. Lead cross-functional alignment. Ensure engineering, design, GTM, and leadership teams are in sync on priorities and progress. Shape and manage the roadmap. Translate strategy into an actionable, customer-validated roadmap that ties to business goals. Guide squad execution. Partner with and mentor more junior PMs; ensure their plans ladder up to the objectives of broader product domains. Represent the domain. Be the face of your product area in customer conversations, QBRs, strategy reviews, and executive forums. Drive proactive delivery. Anticipate risks, communicate trade-offs, and maintain high standards for quality, performance, and availability. Validate with customers. Stay close to users from concept to GA — confirm value, de-risk launches, and iterate for impact. Institutionalize learning. Capture insights and best practices to strengthen product thinking and execution across the org. You Are A strategic product leader who thrives on both vision and execution. You combine deep domain expertise with a bias for action, ensuring that strategy turns into real outcomes. You lead through influence, align diverse stakeholders, and raise the bar for clarity, accountability, and delivery across multiple teams. In addition, you have demonstrable background in working on large scale initiatives that impact multiple solutions and require you to lead long term project visions and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years driving outcomes across multiple squads or a large product domain.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver strategy with measurable business results.
  • Deep experience balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical trade-offs.
  • Expertise in setting metrics, tracking adoption, and translating insights into scalable improvements.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with executive and customer audiences.
  • Track record of mentoring PMs and influencing organizational priorities through data and clarity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in or leading cross-regional product teams is a plus.
  • Expertise and background working in in SaaS platform domain areas including identify & access management is a plus.
