About The Position

Amplitude is hiring a product lead for Agentic Amplitude, the team responsible for the company’s AI agent strategy. The team has launched the Amplitude Global Agent, Custom agents, and its MCP surface, and continues to develop new products. It is small, fast-moving, and values curiosity, autonomy, rapid iteration, and strong cross-functional partnership as AI technology evolves. The role will set the strategy and vision for Amplitude’s agents and MCP capabilities, lead design and engineering teams in delivering new innovations, and serve as a company thought leader on agentic products. The product vision is to help customers reach insights faster, make decisions with greater confidence, and take effective actions to improve their products. The position will also advance ways for customers to use Amplitude through coding agents, command-line interfaces, and IDEs, as well as through Amplitude’s own interface. Success includes establishing a clear agent and MCP strategy that leadership and the field organization can consistently articulate; increasing adoption of existing capabilities and delivering new products for emerging needs; and expanding MCP adoption in customer workflows beyond the Amplitude interface. The role is eligible for equity, benefits, and other forms of compensation. Listed total target cash ranges vary by work location: $237,000–$356,000 in Colorado, California outside the San Francisco Bay Area, and Washington; and $265,000–$398,000 in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area. These ranges include bonus or commission.
