It works with Engineering and technical program managers to deliver platform features and improvements; defines product and engineering support models; manages vendor relationships and budget input; and measures adoption and value. The position also develops documentation, training, and self-service support to enable adoption, and mentors product managers and cross-functional partners while demonstrating AI-native product practices. This role is categorized as Remote. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.
