About The Position

Siemens EDA is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Siemens Digital Industries Software to own product management for products dedicated to RTL-to-GDS digital implementation. The role is the primary product owner for its product space, responsible for growing product revenue by delivering value to well-defined market segments. As part of a cross-functional core team with R&D and product engineering, the Product Manager guides product strategy and execution, from strategic vision and senior-leadership engagement to tactical product development and deployment.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in EDA or semiconductor engineering roles, preferably customer-facing.
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
Experience in product management or other technical management roles, including identifying target market segments, user requirements, roadmaps, and development priorities.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to interface effectively with audiences across technical and business levels.
Business acumen and expertise in semiconductors or EDA, with the ability to connect product deliverables to revenue and financial objectives.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the RTL-to-GDS digital implementation space.
An advanced degree or MBA.

Responsibilities

Maximize product success as measured by product revenue and adoption.
Define and validate target market requirements; work with customers and partners to identify and prioritize user requirements.
Work with development teams to define product roadmaps and solutions that outperform the competition while minimizing time to market.
Develop and execute product campaigns, including product launches and market proliferation campaigns.
Enable field and sales channel success through effective sales training and support.
Define product messaging and positioning, and deliver effective customer-facing collateral to increase product visibility.
