Requirements

  • Proven expertise in product strategy development and execution across multiple related products or large portfolios.
  • Strong ability to build and manage comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business and technical priorities.
  • Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management, influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience leveraging advanced analytics and experimentation to inform product decisions and optimize outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs using design thinking, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ability to lead complex product lifecycle processes, including MVP rollout and long-term evolution.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, to guide strategic product direction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
  • 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Supervisory experience
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
