About The Position

MoeGo is the vertical AI and SaaS platform powering the pet care industry. Tens of thousands of pet care businesses use MoeGo to manage scheduling, customer communication, payments, staff, and daily operations. Our customers run complex, high-pressure businesses through MoeGo every day. As we expand from business software into AI-powered workflows, product experience must become one of our strongest competitive advantages. We are looking for a Head of Product Design to raise that bar.

As Principal Product Manager, Pet Care & AI, you will lead MoeGo’s customer-facing product portfolio across AI Growth Operator, Boarding & Daycare, Grooming & Mobile Grooming, and Fintech. The Founder will set MoeGo’s long-term product direction. You will bring deep brick-and-mortar business expertise, sharpen that direction through customer and industry truth, and turn it into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.

This is a deeply hands-on player-coach role. You will lead and coach PMs, but you will not manage through roadmaps, reviews, and delegation alone. When an important problem is ambiguous, stuck, or below the quality bar, you are expected to step in personally—talk to customers, map the workflow, inspect the data, shape the solution, sharpen the requirements, and drive it through launch and adoption.

Success is not measured by how much the teams ship. It is measured by whether customers adopt the product, whether the product materially improves their business, and whether MoeGo creates sustainable revenue, margin, retention, and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• A proven builder, not only a strategist: you have personally taken difficult products from ambiguous problems through launch, adoption, and measurable business results.
• A track record of owning multiple complex B2B or vertical SaaS products and leading strong PMs while remaining close to customers and execution.
• Think systematically, execute with excellence. Demonstrate strong systematic thinking and first-principles thinking, while also driving focused execution to ensure strategic priorities are successfully delivered.
• Deep understanding of multi-location brick-and-mortar operations; pet care is ideal, while hospitality, beauty and wellness, healthcare, restaurant, retail, or field services are highly relevant.
• Meaningful experience shipping AI products into real workflows, with demonstrated adoption, trust, and commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgment across customer value, monetization, revenue, margin, operational burden, and market opportunity.
• The ability to move comfortably from portfolio-level decisions into a customer call, workflow diagram, PRD, product critique, metric investigation, or launch issue.
• Experience working directly with a founder—able to turn broad direction into execution, challenge assumptions with evidence, and take full ownership once a decision is made.
• High agency, urgency, product judgment, intellectual honesty, low ego, and extreme accountability for outcomes.
• You get into the work. You do not use seniority to distance yourself from customers, product details, or execution.
• You optimize for outcomes, not outputs. Roadmaps, PRDs, and launches are tools; adoption, customer value, revenue, retention, and product quality are the results that matter.
• You take problems personally, not politically. When something important is broken or stuck, you do not wait for a cleaner owner, a better process, or more resources. You establish the facts, step in, and drive it to resolution.

• Experience in hospitality, beauty and wellness, healthcare, restaurant, retail, or field services are highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Understand multi-location pet care operations inside out—from demand generation and booking through staffing, capacity, service delivery, payments, retention, and HQ governance.
• Own product-side outcomes across adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue, retention, margin, reliability, and long-term product advantage.
• Stay with the problem until the intended customer and business result is achieved—not merely until a feature launches.
• Lead the AI Growth Operator PM in building agents that generate demand, convert inquiries, increase ticket size, and drive retention and reactivation.
• Build AI around real operating workflows and measurable outcomes—not standalone chatbots or superficial AI features.
• Personally go deep on the highest-stakes AI workflows, especially where trust, customer experience, or revenue is at risk.
• Lead and coach PMs across AI, Boarding & Daycare, Grooming, and Fintech.
• Establish clear priorities, decision frameworks, quality standards, and accountability across the portfolio.
• Lead teams to translate goals and strategy into execution through a disciplined plan–execute–learn–improve cycle, achieving strong business outcomes.
• When a critical initiative lacks clarity or momentum, step directly into customer discovery, product definition, execution, or cross-functional problem-solving.
• Remove blockers, make difficult tradeoffs, and drive teams through adoption and results rather than stopping at alignment.
