About The Position

As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead product strategy across a broad portfolio, driving organization-wide decisions through deep expertise and data-driven insights. This role requires shaping complex product visions, managing multi-product roadmaps, and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. You will guide cross-functional teams in defining success metrics, optimizing product lifecycle processes, and advancing innovation through analytics and emerging technologies. Your leadership will elevate product management practices and ensure alignment with business priorities, fostering long-term value creation and strategic impact across the enterprise. About the team: The team leads strategy and execution for Offsite Ads, Partnerships, and CTV products, driving impactful outcomes through data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration. Combining customer insights with emerging technology expertise, the team defines product vision and roadmaps. Working cross-functionally, it delivers innovative solutions that enhance business value and customer experience. Emphasizing rigorous discovery, prioritization, and performance measurement, team members mentor peers to advance product management practices. Focused on operational excellence and strategic growth, the team plays a vital role in expanding Walmart’s product portfolio and market presence.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience shaping product strategy across multiple related products or large product areas.
  • Proven ability to drive data-driven decisions and influence cross-functional teams at the organizational level.
  • Expertise in developing and managing product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and technical feasibility.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, including guiding senior leadership through complex product visions.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs using design thinking, journey mapping, and process analysis.
  • Ability to lead product lifecycle from MVP to scalable launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Proficiency in leveraging analytics, experimentation, and AI insights to inform product direction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
  • 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience,
