We are seeking a Principal Product Manager/Director to lead and scale Acxiom Health’s next-generation Health AdTech and Care Access Platform — a data-driven ecosystem that unites real-world data (RWD), AI/ML intelligence, consumer signals and privacy-preserving technology to power precision marketing, audience activation, and privacy-by-design data collaboration for healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. The Principal Product Manager will contribute to driving product growth, launch new capabilities, and establish operational frameworks that enable scale, standardization, and measurable impact. Platform Strategy & Scaling Lead the strategic roadmap and capability expansion of the DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and HCP (Healthcare Provider) outreach and Market Access platform. Drive the launch of new ML/AI-driven audience and activation products, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, NAI and privacy-by-design principles. Partner with engineering and architecture teams to scale infrastructure and manage performance at national data volumes. Develop frameworks for portfolio management, including capability scoring, lifecycle governance, and retirement planning. Operational Excellence & Governance Enable standardized product processes, training, and documentation to drive internal adoption and operational consistency. Design, implement, and propagate structured user adoption frameworks that ensure consistent onboarding, engagement, and proficiency across diverse user groups. Manage forecasting and capacity planning for user and data volume growth to ensure system stability and responsiveness. Lead portfolio review and opportunity identification sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and resources. Define and propagate product OKRs tied to measurable business and data outcomes, including executive-level visibility and reporting. Data, AI, and Audience Activation Collaborate with data science, analytics, and platform engineering to operationalize predictive audience models and measurement frameworks. Champion data quality, model explainability, and privacy compliance in all product releases. Identify and integrate data fusion opportunities across national-scale datasets to enhance targeting precision and outcome prediction. Qualifications Required: 8+ years of product management experience in AdTech, HealthTech, or Data Platforms, with emphasis on AI/ML or data-driven ecosystems. Proven success scaling enterprise-grade or national-scale data platforms. Experience with agile development methodologies. Understanding of pharma market access, DTC and HCP marketing, and healthcare audience activation. Familiarity with privacy-preserving data technologies (tokenization, clean rooms, zero-knowledge frameworks). Strong operational and portfolio management orientation, including OKR management and capacity forecasting. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, compliance, and commercial teams. Additional Bonus: Experience with RWD, claims, EHR, and consumer data products at national scale. Knowledge of machine learning workflows, feature pipelines, and model activation in production. Prior experience working in regulated environments. Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Educational Background Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Public Health, Business, or a related field combined with Product Training, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
