The Ecommerce team at Gen is responsible for the overall browse, discover, purchase and retention customer experience across our brands globally. This is a multi-billion dollar, global, multi-site, multi-brand experience. Principal Product Manager - MarTech and Personalization Cybersafety is an evolving and competitive market, and Gen products are the leaders - best loved and reviewed by our customers. Our ecommerce experiences must evolve to represent the best of these products - highlighting customer benefits, product features and clear options for customers. As a Principal Product Manager in MarTech you'll help drive how customers understand our products - improving the relevance of our ecommerce experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • A very strong product manager, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes, developing new features and experiments
  • You have rigorously prioritized possible enhancements, selecting those that will have the biggest impact to customer engagement and conversion; strong business acumen & quantitative skills guide your decision making
  • You have built personalization features at scale - i.e. on an ecommerce site with >$100M in annual revenue
  • You are curious about the evolution of the MarTech space - staying current on industry trends, developments, competitors
  • The ideal candidate has experience with every facet of a modern MarTech stack: identity, CDP, CMS, channel integration (email, paid, social, agentic commerce)
  • You model collaboration and partnership - especially with your data and engineering partners

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to personalize the ecommerce shopping experience, particularly the content and storytelling, relevance based on what we know about our customers
  • Improve the integration with our customer systems of record - which are evolving - with a new CDP and analytics stack
  • Evaluate and improve our CMS implementation (AEM / AEM Cloud) to facilitate speed of experimentation and productionalization of experiments
  • Partner with engineering, data and analytics, architecture to improve how we can determine and drive site personalization and experimentation
  • Drive experiments and a learning agenda, contributing to revenue growth via a more relevant and compelling site
  • Integrate effectively with traffic generation channels - including paid search, social and SEO
  • Effectively leverage AI - in how you efficiently manage your product and in bringing AI-driven experiences into the product
