Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years relevant experience 5+ years in digital product delivery.
  • Experience with modern MarTech and AdTech platforms Adobe Salesforce etc.
  • Ability to document platform and data strategies for innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong delivery discipline and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and consensus building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers and Designers to understand business priorities and identify platform and capability needs.
  • Understand business strategy and consumer advisor journeys to define required platform capabilities.
  • Assess ecosystem capabilities and vendor landscape to recommend improvements.
  • Document business enabled solution architecture in collaboration with Technology and AI Data teams.
  • Maintain a clear prioritized roadmap connecting strategy to delivery.
