About The Position

The Principal Product Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and delivering complex, high-impact product initiatives aligned to Early Warning’s strategic objectives. This role leads the definition and execution of product strategy for emerging capabilities, including digital asset–enabled and next-generation payment solutions, and partners across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to bring innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions to market. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and influence, serving as a key thought partner to Product leadership and a driver of cross-functional alignment across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives in financial services, fintech, or technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, Agile methodologies, and SDLC practices.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
  • Background and drug screen required.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States, for any employer, at the date of hire.

  • Deep familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and operational considerations for global payments and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for complex initiatives, including digital asset enabled and emerging payment capabilities.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a senior product leader and subject matter resource, providing guidance and direction across multiple product initiatives and teams.
  • Partner with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure products are designed and delivered with appropriate controls, scalability, and operational readiness.
  • Translate business needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity of objectives, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Evaluate and incorporate customer, partner, and market feedback to refine product strategy and enhance product performance.
  • Identify and manage product risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution, partnering with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations teams to ensure successful product launch and adoption.
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics to assess product success and inform continuous improvement.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends, technologies, and competitive dynamics, particularly in digital assets, payments, and financial services innovation.
  • Mentor and guide other product managers, contributing to team development and product management best practices.
  • Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
