About The Position

As a Principal Product Manager for our Data Security team, you will be a key driver in shaping the next generation of solutions that enable organizations to protect their most sensitive information. You will define product strategy, partner with engineering to deliver innovative data discovery and security services, and act as a thought leader in the data security industry. This role requires a blend of deep technical understanding, strategic thinking, and a passion for solving complex customer problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in product management, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a PhD with 3+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience launching enterprise-grade cloud products and services in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of network security principles, data security, and related solutions.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to make informed product decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in a technical field.
  • Direct client-facing experience through previous product management or customer success roles.
  • Hands-on experience working with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate ML models into products.
  • A demonstrable track record of success leading product strategy from concept to launch and successful market adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Data Security product line, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Proactively collaborate with design, data science, and ML engineering teams to develop and integrate advanced algorithms and user-centric prototypes.
  • Work across functional agile teams, including Engineering, UX, and Marketing, to ensure the successful and timely delivery of product releases.
  • Create and maintain clear product documentation, including user guides, training materials, and release notes to enable sales and support teams.
  • Monitor product performance, key metrics, and customer feedback to guide future product improvements and strategic pivots.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key technology partners to drive integrations and enhance our market-leading product ecosystem.
  • Drive joint go-to-market models with cross-functional teams, defining solution bundles, pricing, and sales enablement strategies.
