About The Position

Inspiren is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the packaging, pricing, and billing strategies for their Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC) solutions. The goal is to maximize clear, measurable ROI for operators and establish Inspiren as the industry standard. This role involves defining product packaging, validating market willingness to pay, and ensuring accurate billing for delivered value. The Product Manager will be instrumental in expanding AI voice experiences, developing resident baseline monitoring for deviation identification, and enhancing core system metrics like recall, precision, and location accuracy. Collaboration with ML, data, software, platform, and finance teams is crucial for shipping innovative products that improve resident safety and provide actionable insights to caregivers and executives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years in a B2B organization
  • Experience building products that use LLMs and other AI/ML models
  • Experience defining and improving model quality metrics such as recall and precision
  • Experience owning packaging, pricing, and monetization for a B2B product, including willingness-to-pay testing and price realization
  • Strong first-principles product thinking, with release and discovery discipline
  • A quantitative mindset on ROI, adoption, unit economics, and measuring success
  • Comfort doing hands-on discovery and customer shadowing
  • High, proactive ownership and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex technical topics strategically

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy for winning in AL and MC, including differentiation, adoption, and attributable customer ROI.
  • Manage end-to-end packaging, pricing, and billing for AL and MC, covering product modularity, willingness-to-pay validation, consent capture, and billing accuracy.
  • Serve as the strategic product partner to the ML and AI team, integrating ML, data, hardware, and software roadmaps.
  • Define roadmap and success metrics that link model and device quality to on-the-ground outcomes like caregiver signal reliability, safety, response times, and staff efficiency.
  • Lead the expansion of AI voice experiences, build resident baselines to identify deviations, and integrate alert setup with EHRs for care plan adjustments.
