About The Position

This role will be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, Bellevue, or remote. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. This role may be remote or hybrid. At LinkedIn, hybrid roles are performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. Remote roles are performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval. We are building the platform that a new kind of agents run on. You will own it end to end. These agents take on real work inside a company: sourcing candidates, qualifying pipeline, handling RFPs, keeping operations moving. The platform underneath them is what makes that possible, and what makes it repeatable across different kinds of work. Small team, real customers, short cycles. We would rather ship something narrow that works than something broad that almost works. If that sounds like your kind of problem, we would like to talk.

Requirements

BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

Nice To Haves

8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Experience in building AI products before, and you think in outcomes and evals rather than features shipped.
Good judgment about what to leave out, and you make complicated systems feel obvious.
You bring order, calm, and maturity to messy situations. People get steadier when you join the room.
Customer-ready. You are equally comfortable with an engineer debugging a trace, a peer in product, an executive with fifteen minutes, or a customer with a hard question.
B2B experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

The platform end-to-end, including memory and context, skills architecture, one-click worker onboarding, identity, governance and compliance, and worker personality.
A platform general enough to serve agents across recruiting, sales, business operations, and more
The outcomes we hold ourselves to, and the evals that tell us whether we are getting there.
The roadmap and the tradeoffs behind it, explained clearly to engineers, product partners, executives, and customers.
