Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Nuclear preferred) or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, engineering, or project execution within a regulated/industrial environment.
  • Advanced understanding of nuclear procurement requirements, quality standards, and supplier manufacturing processes
  • Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation and cost analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, global supply chains with high execution risk
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills across cross-functional teams and suppliers
  • Ability to operate independently and prioritize across multiple high-impact activities
  • Familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, Sharepoint
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications/tools
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Operates with minimal oversight on highly complex, safety-related scopes
  • Influences cross-functional and supplier decisions impacting project outcomes
  • Leads resolution of high-risk, high-impact procurement challenges
  • Is recognized as a subject matter expert in nuclear procurement and supplier execution
  • Drives standardization and best practices across projects and teams
