About The Position

As a Principal Process Manager in the Centralized Team, you will be working with the Agency Finance Deal Teams and Centralized offshore teams to support loan Originations and related processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in Process, Program or Project Management

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Process, Program or Project Management
  • 5+ years of banking experience working in loan administrative function
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Experience with AI LLMs and prompt engineering
  • Possession of strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the third-party report process including obtaining bids, engagement, drafting site inspection memos, scheduling site inspections, and tracking status and due dates
  • Manage cost accounting summaries, track vendor invoices, and ensure timely payment
  • Maintain loan system of record (Salesforce) to support Underwriting and Closing activities
  • Manage and deliver loan documents and data to Agencies
  • Execute tasks and responsibilities in compliance with Bank and Agency regulations and guidelines
  • Support Compliance and Audit reviews by fulfilling data requests, leading process walkthroughs, assisting with issue remediation, and designing new controls and documentation
  • Identify processes that are strong candidates for standardization, digitization, or automation, and assist in designing streamlined future-state workflows
  • Lead projects from start to finish, including scoping, stakeholder coordination, planning, and tracking status
  • Support oversight of assigned offshore processes by building a strong understanding of their responsibilities and helping them navigate competing priorities
  • Support vendor management functions to ensure strict compliance with Agency guidelines
  • Create, update, and maintain procedures and job aids related to the Centralized Team’s functions
  • Provide key updates and reporting for various stakeholders, and step in during supervisor absences to maintain continuous workflow
  • Manage end-to-end health of core processes (Maturity, Loan Boarding, Repairs, FEMA monitoring)
  • Ensure timely execution of annual/bi-annual certifications; leverage predictive alerts to automate and flag compliance risks
  • Reconcile reports across Salesforce and internal sheets, utilizing AI-assisted anomaly detection to catch data discrepancies early
  • Serve as primary Data Steward for AM; partner with Tech teams to establish data readiness for future AI and automation models
  • Lead recurring data cleanups (covenants, contacts, Risk Ratings in RealInsight) using AI/ML tools for automated data reconciliation
  • Own and optimize shared mailboxes using AI-driven triaging, auto-tagging, and intelligent routing
  • Proactively manage expectations and provide updates to AM Team Leads, Risk, and external partners in the absence of a supervisor
  • Leverage Generative AI and prompt engineering to enhance process design and productivity
