Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B software pricing and packaging.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS monetization and usage-based metrics.
• MBA with a hybrid tech/business background
• Strong ability to present complex data as a clear, compelling story.
• MSFT Office power user. Ability to use PowerBI is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience pricing AI features or models (a major plus!).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of multi-dimensional models, including seat-based, consumption-based, and value-infused frameworks with company’s profit margin and customers expense predictability in mind
• Partner with Product Management to evaluate and strategize the right bundling approach that make our AI offers irresistible.
• Benchmark our strategy against hyperscale’s, AI-first startups and other key industry competitors to ensure we remain a market leader.
